Youth Mental Health Awareness Session

Youth Mental Health Awareness sessions help young people understand their emotions, recognise when something doesn’t feel right, and feel confident seeking support early. By reducing stigma and building shared language, these sessions create safer environments where young people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Designed for ages 12–18, the program introduces key concepts in youth mental health and builds practical skills to notice early warning signs that a young person may be experiencing a mental health challenge. Participants learn how to use clear, age‑appropriate language, how to ask open and closed questions effectively, and how to offer support in a calm, respectful, and safe way.

Each session is interactive, engaging, and tailored to the needs of the group — whether delivered in schools, sporting clubs, or community settings.
