Join us in Kimba for a special combined Women’s Health & Wellbeing Night, bringing together practical mental health tools and expert women’s health advice in one supportive, relaxed evening.

Bringing together connection, food and conversation, you’ll hear from farmer and psychologist Steph Schmidt with her down-to-earth Fill Your Silo wellbeing session. After a short break, Dr Joy O’Hazy will share practical, holistic women’s health insights to help you feel your best at every stage of life.

Steph Schmidt

Steph is a clinical psychologist, farmer, mum of three, and founder of Farm Life Psych. Living and working on a sheep and cropping farm in South Australia, Steph understands firsthand the pressures and joys of rural life. She’s passionate about making mental health strategies accessible and practical for rural communities, with a focus on strengthening resilience, relationships, and wellbeing.
