You’re Invited: A Night of Connection, Comedy, and Mental Health Education

In the face of drought, Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation is hosting a free community event to support rural mental health and wellbeing.

Bring your mates and enjoy an evening of conversation, connection, and practical tools for recognising and managing mental distress. A free dinner is provided as well.

Hear from former AFL Captain Tom Jonas, laugh with The Beautiful Bogan – Marc Ryan, and walk away with real strategies to support yourself and others.

This event is proudly supported by the SA Drought Support Wellbeing Initiative, part of the State Government’s $117 million Drought Support Package.
