We are thrilled that former sheep shearer and now mental health advocate Lenny Deacon spoke with ABC Central Coast about his mission to raise $1 million for Breakthrough. Lenny is undertaking this challenge by cycling around Australia on a recumbent trike.
He has now arrived on the Central Coast, having travelled from Bunbury, WA, through South Australia, across regional Victoria, Tasmania, and into New South Wales. Through his journey and storytelling, Lenny is connecting with communities nationwide to help break the stigma surrounding mental health.
