This raffle is part of the Adelaide United Football Club Mental Health Game and is organised by Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation.
Entrants are eligible after they submit their details through the https://breakthroughfoundation.org.au/aufc-mental-health-game/ website
Promotion commences on Friday 20 October 12pm and will conclude on Monday 6 November 12pm when a winner will be drawn.
The draw will take place at the Breakthrough office, Level 6, 121 King William Street, Adelaide.
The winner will be contacted by Breakthrough immediately after the draw and offered four (4) corporate tickets to any regular season home game of the winner’s choosing. Total prize value is $1,180.
The prize is transferrable.
If the winners are under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
The prize is limited to the corporate tickets only and does not include transportation, hospitality or any other expenses incurred by the winner on the day.
Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Breakthrough will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prize. If unable to locate the winner, another draw will happen at the Breakthrough office during the afternoon of 6 November.
The winner agrees to participate in Breakthrough communications to promote the Adelaide United Football Club Mental Health Game.
