It’s more important than ever to focus on the mental health of yourself and of your loved ones. Focus on the little things that get you through, physical exercise, belonging to something outside of yourself – whether that be a sporting club or a friendship group or a charitable cause – and check in with your loved ones.
But more inspiring than that, were the personal stories shared, the life-long bonds made and the commitment to bring this profound experience back into their daily lives.
